"I am now recovering from our second year of having Mark and Caroline come around and cook for our friends at our Christmas Party. I thought the first year was outstanding but this year topped it! Great starter, beautiful steak for main and a passion fruit torte to die for, all served, along with the wine, expertly by Caroline. The whole thing is a great event from them arriving and cooking onsite in the afternoon to the casual chat after they have tidied up.
